Bournemouth Echo: Coming to a road near you Coming to a road near you

BELOW we publish another letter from a cyclist questioning the design of the new road layout at the top of Richmond Hill, one of a number of similar comments on the subject.

The scheme is part of the Three Towns Travel project - £12m of government cash to be spent by Bournemouth, Poole and Dorset on so-called sustainable transport schemes. If you haven’t heard of TTT yet, you will. For better or worse, it’s coming to a road near you soon. Next stop Ashley Road, Parkstone. See Friday’s Echo for more on this. In the meantime, have a great and safe Christmas.

Echo, GREAT report NOT, why say there is a report when there is not and I hope that you are going to follow up on the Council plans to in there words move all Taxis out of the horseshoe rank and close of the roads up to Stafford Road after 10pm every night causing mayhem as they did when shutting Fir Vale Road, causing all amounts of people trying to find Taxis instead of Walking, if you can up to Stafford Road, even thought they have been warned by trade association's and retail outlets in the area that it is madness, when will they ever learn ??????
