Take pride in town gardens

The Gardens are jewels in Bournemouth’s sparkling crown.
There aren’t too many towns that have such natural areas in their centre.
But those who visit them late at night must understand that there are people living and working nearby.
There have been complaints over noisy youngsters in the evenings and litter being left overnight.
And a hotel boss claims he is losing business because of this.
The issue does need tackling and it is heartening to hear that Dorset Police are putting on extra patrols while the hot weather persists.
