Man beaten by gang in bus stop assault
DETECTIVES are appealing for witnesses after a pensioner was viciously attacked by a gang at a Poole bus-stop.
The 66-year-old man was set upon just after 10 pm on Friday (May 10) near the Co-op in Ashley Road, Parkstone.
He suffered a broken jaw and is still receiving hospital treatment.
Anyone who witnessed a gang attacking the victim as they were about to get on a bus is urged to phone DS Wise on Poole CID on 01202 222222.
