More beds closed at RBH over norovirus outbreak
A further bay of a Royal Bournemouth Hospital ward was closed yesterday in an attempt to control an outbreak of winter vomiting bug norovirus.
The whole of ward nine, which was closed on Monday, remains shut with only next-of-kin being allowed into the hospital if it is ‘essential’.
