Dr Peter Carter, Chief Executive & General Secretary of the Royal College of Nursing, spoke at a study day specifically for Health Care Assistants yesterday morning. Dr Carter spoke at the event in the morning and then visited the Royal Bournemouth Hospital (RBH) where he spoke to frontline nurses.
