HERE’S a way to enjoy a traditional cream tea this week without feeling guilty about the calorie content!
To mark Dementia Awareness Week the Alzheimer’s Society is inviting people to join them for afternoon tea to help raise awareness and support for people with dementia.
Vivien Zarucki, a local volunteer for the charity says there are lots of events taking place across the region.
There will be an afternoon cream tea at the Westbourne Memory Café at West Cliff Baptist Church Hall on Friday from 2.30 to 4.30pm. For more information call 07912 873019.
