The Clash – Poole Arts Centre (10.2.80) & Stateside Centre, Bournemouth (12.2.80): Amazingly, both gigs were announced as part of the legendary 16 Tons tour that saw The Clash pummel London Calling into the public consciousness. They played Southampton Top Rank the night after.

The Chieftains – Poole Arts Centre (13.2.80) Wishbone Ash – Winter Gardens, Bournemouth (13.2.80) The Fabulous Thunderbirds – Stateside Centre, Bournemouth (14.2.80): US blues rockers on first UK jaunt.
