ROB Forrester-Addie sent in this photograph his late wife took in 1975 of Rob and their son Max, who was then six years old, at Hengistbury Head.
They are standing on a 'stepped pole' which was part of a fitness course that started near the existing cafe. In the background you can just make out a building which is now an information centre.
Rob has lived in Ringwood for the last ten years. He still has the old Zeiss Nettar camera that his wife bought in 1955.
