Victor Loader of Christchurch sent in a postcard of the Bath Hotel, Bournemouth, circa 1865.
The Bath Hotel opened on Queen Victoria's coronation day in 1838.
It then reopened as the enlarged Royal Bath Hotel in 1880 and for many years was a five star establishment.
