THIS is the moment a Bournemouth student received top results in his GCSEs.
Jamie Handitye, head boy of Winton Academy, achieved three grade 9s and seven A*s after months of hard work.
In one exam – further mathematics – Jamie passed with a score of 100 per cent.
Despite that, he said he was most pleased to have passed his French exam. He achieved an A* grade for the language test.
“That’s the one I was worrying about,” he said.
“I just can’t believe it.”
Jamie will study chemistry, physics, maths and further maths at college.
