PURBECK District Council and Wareham Town Council will be offering free parking on Small Business Saturday, which is set for December 2.
Shoppers will be able to park for nothing at Bonnets Lane, Connegar Lane, Howards Lane, Streche Road and the Rempstone Centre, Wareham, and at West Street, Corfe Castle.
The district and town councils worked with the Wareham and Corfe Castle Chambers of Trade on the initiative.
Parking charges will also be waived at the district and town council's Wareham car parks on December 10, when Santa comes to town, and on December 22 & 23.
Free parking will also be available at Corfe Castle's West Street car park on December 9, 16 and 23.
