A RESIDENTS meeting is set to be hosted in Wareham giving people the chance to have their say.
On Tuesday, September 15, the Safer Neighbourhood Team in Wareham town and West Team host the event at Holy Trinity at South Street.
The meeting is the first of a series that will be held giving people the chance to speak to neighbourhood watch officers.
The preliminary meeting will be at Not Just Sundaes Community Cafe, from 12pm-1pm.
It will be followed by another meeting on Saturday, September 19, from 4pm-5pm, at Moreton's Tea Rooms.
Anyone unable to make either of these dates are welcome to visit the police station at Gaza Road in Bovington on Wednesday, September 30, from 11am-12pm.
PC John Morton said: "Please come along. This is your opportunity to speak with your Neighbourhood Officers to discuss any local issues of concern you may have. If you are unable to attend but wish to speak with your Neighbourhood Officers, please call 101.
"Your local SNT officers will be attending various parish council meetings across the area and will be available to address any concerns that you have at these. We will also be carrying out walk about patrols in your village to maintain a visible presence and to engage with as many members of the public as possible."
