A WOMAN has been cut from a car after a crash on the A31 at Stag Gate.
Eyewitnesses said that two cars were involved, with 'quite a lot of damage' caused to the front of the vehicle.
Police were called to the scene by the ambulance service at 8.25am.
A spokesman said: "The location is given as the junction with the B3075 near Stag Gate on the A31."
Road closures have been put in place eastbound at the junction of the B3057 at Spetisbury and westbound, diversions are in place at the Roundhouse roundabout.
Officers said they would also be closing the A350.
Dorset Police said the driver of the mini was taken out of the vehicle by the fire service. Officers added the injuries were 'not life-threatening.'
Recovery has been arranged for both vehicles.
Two fire crews are on scene and cut one woman from a car.
