Motorcyclist 'seriously' injured in Corfe Castle crash
A MOTORCYCLIST has been taken to hospital after a crash in Corfe Castle.
The B3351 New Road was blocked earlier in both directions near the Meadus's Lane junction, but has since been cleared.
A spokesman for Dorset Police said the incident involved a single vehicle, a black Honda motorcycle registered to a man from Bournemouth. Officers were made aware of the incident by the ambulance service at 2.40pm this afternoon.
The spokesman said the motorcyclist was taken to hospital and that his injuries were serious, but not life-threatening.
