Firefighters have now left the scene of a major landfill fire that was burning for several days.
The fire involved 10,000 tonnes of rubbish.
Yesterday, a fire crew from Dorset & Wiltshire Fire and Rescue service remained on site to, working with the Viridor team to dig, turn and dampen down hotspots.
The fire service tweeted this morning: "We came away from landfill site in #Wareham last night, reinspection done this morning, handed back to site owners #jobwelldone."
