A CORFE Mullen home ended up with an unwanted special delivery when this Royal Mail van posted itself through the wall.
The postie was making deliveries in Hillside Road when the accident happened at around 9am on Monday morning.
Fortunately no one was hurt - but the front wall of a property was partially knocked down and the van was damaged.
A Royal Mail spokesman told the Daily Echo: “We can confirm that one of our vehicles was involved in an accident at approximately 9am on Monday morning during mail delivery in Hillside Road, Corfe Mullen.
"Fortunately no-one was hurt in the accident, but there was damage to the wall of a property. We have launched a full investigation into the cause of the accident. Deliveries in the area were not delayed.”
