1,000 Swanage residents left without water due to burst main
APPROXIMATELY 1,000 Swanage residents are without water supplies this afternoon after a burst water main at Norden.
Wessex Water is carrying out emergency repairs to fix the ruptured pipe, and will be supplying bottled water and bowsers to Swanage residents.
“We apologise for any inconvenience caused and we are working really hard to restore supplies,” said a spokesman for the water company.
