A children's football team from Wareham have said a big thank you to their sponsors for backing them this season.

Wareham Rangers Under 9s have been sponsored by Wareham Wednesdays, a group of town residents who have been organising midweek charity events for the past four years.

Team manager Mark Tubbs said: “Wareham Rangers Under 9s would like to thank Wareham Wednesdays for sponsoring them this season.

“We are extremely grateful for their support. The team has had a fantastic start to the season.”
