A BRAND new community festival will be held in Poole today.
Spring Arts Fest 2018 takes place at Branksome Recreation Ground between 11am and 4pm.
There will be around 40 stalls, live performances, arts and crafts, mascot appearances, face painting, a mini funfair, plus food and refreshments.
The free event, which is aimed at young people and families, has been organised by 18-year-old Rob Batson.
Rob Batson said: “I and the Spring Arts team are excited to bring Spring Arts Fest 2018 to Branksome Recreational Ground and look forward to welcoming local families and young people to it.
“We are proud to able to support YMCA Bournemouth, Branksome Centre and Amelia’s Rainbow at this year’s event.”
