LABOUR leader Jeremy Corbyn is expected in Bournemouth tomorrow and his visit is causing quite a stir.

Mr Corbyn will be addressing Labour Party members and supporters at a yet to be disclosed venue in Bournemouth.

Anyone wishing to attend was asked to contact the organisers due to limited space. But according to Poole Labour chairman Katie Taylor the organisers have been inundated with requests that a decision has been made to use a ‘random generator’ to determine who the guests will be.

Speaking about his visit to the town Ms Taylor said she was delighted to hear he was coming.

“Unfortunately this area is very Conservative and has therefore been a bit neglected by the Labour Party in the past,” she added.

“Hopefully his visit will put us on the map a bit more, especially considering how well the Poole and Bournemouth Labour candidates did during the election.”

Mr Corbyn is currently on a tour of Labour’s marginal seats.

He is also due to visit Southampton on Saturday before heading to Tolpuddle Martyrs Festival on Sunday.
