Intruder found inside chemist on Poole High Street
AN INTRUDER found inside a Poole chemist this morning has been taken to hospital, said police.
The man was discovered inside Rowlands Pharmacy in Poole High Street when staff turned up for work at 8.35am.
Police and ambulance attended the scene and a man was detained before being taken to Poole Hospital.
A spokesman for Dorset Police said there was a concern for the welfare of the man and that the incident is being investigated as a possible burglary.
