Bournemouth Magistrates' Court
A man has been charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent following an alleged assault in Poole.
The charge relates to an incident which occurred on Sandbanks Road at 5.59pm on Saturday, July 24.
It was reported that an altercation had taken place in which one man sustained a head injury. He was taken to Poole Hospital.
The two men were known to each other.
Jonathan James Banham, 48, of Poole, is due to appear before Bournemouth Magistrates’ Court on Friday, October 7.
