A man is due to appear in court charged in connection with an alleged robbery at a convenience store in Poole.
Dorset Police were called at 7.40am on Sunday following reports of a robbery at Central Convenience Store in Ashley Road.
A 44-year-old man from Poole has been charged with robbery and possessing a knife or bladed article in a public place and is due to appear before Bournemouth Magistrates’ Court today.
Detective Sergeant Ian Allen, of Bournemouth CID, said: "Even though a man has been charged, enquiries are ongoing and I am appealing to anyone who witnessed the incident or has any information to please call me."
