CONDOR Ferries have cancelled their services between Poole and the Channel Islands tomorrow due to adverse weather caused by Storm Barney.
A notice on Condor’s website explained “wave heights are currently forecast to exceed our legal operating limits”.
Storm Barney, the UK’s second named storm, has hit the South West with gusts in excess of 70mph.
Wednesday’s sailings are due to be rescheduled on Thursday morning when a “brief break in the weather” is expected.
Sailings to St Malo will also be rescheduled to allow the Condor Rapide an extra sailing between the islands.
For further details about the services affected, visit the Condor website.
