CCTV images have been released by Dorset Police after three people attempted to break into a bike shed in Branksome.
The offenders tried to gain access through a window of the shed at Lindum Court, on Poole Road, and when unsuccessful, one person repeatedly threw a brick at the glass in an attempt to gain entry before they all ran off.
It happened on Friday, December 12, between 8.20pm and 8.30pm, with three male suspects believed to be behind the attempted burglary.
Damage was caused to the windows, however nothing was stolen.
PC Jack Dunford, of Poole police, said: “The three offenders involved in this incident appear to be teenagers.
“I would urge anyone who recognises the young men pictured to contact me as soon as possible.”
Witnesses and anyone with information should contact Dorset Police on 101, quoting incident number 12:425 or call the free and anonymous Crimestoppers line on 0800 555 111.
