A MAN has suffered a suspected fracture after a digger fell and trapped his leg in Lytchett Matravers.
Firefighters from Poole and Hamworthy, police and three South West Ambulance teams attended the scene of the incident, which occurred at around 12.24pm today in Foxhills Road.
The fire crews used high and low pressure air bags from a heavy duty rescue appliance, mobilised from Blandford Forum, to stabilise the listing machine, which had trapped the casualty by his foot.
He was assessed by ambulance crews and taken to Poole Hospital for treatment.
