A POOLE charity shop that raises funds to help sick and injured pets is urgently appealing for good quality donations.
The PDSA store in the High Street is asking for good quality saleable items including CDs, DVDs, books and toys as well as clothes, shoes and accessories.
“As a charity, we rely solely on the generosity of our supporters to donate quality stock for us to sell, to help us raise vital funds for sick and injured pets locally and across the UK,” said store manager Jane Hill.
“So if your attic is straining with old books, toys and clothes, why not have a clear out and let us take some of your unwanted items off your hands?”
The store is also seeking volunteers to help look after its day to day running.
Donations can be taken to the shop from Monday to Saturday, between 9am and 5pm, Sunday 10.30am and 4.30pm.
