BCHA apply to take on former Poole Remploy factory
A change of use to mixed retail, workshop and training/education space with extensions and alterations has been approved by Poole planners for the former Remploy factory at 14 Alder Hills.
The applicant is Bournemouth Churches Housing Association and the aim is to provide refurbishment and sales of white goods and cycles, training, room for the Salvation Army, a café and office space.
