RNLI called after swimmer gets into difficulties trying to retrieve inflatable
POOLE’S inshore lifeboat was scrambled to rescue a swimmer who got into difficulties trying to retrieve an inflatable.
The RNLI crew were called shortly before 1pm this afternoon to reports of a man in trouble in the water of Ham Park in Poole Harbour.
They found he had made it back to the beach, but a crew member went ashore to check he didn’t need medical assistance.
