A PERSON has suffered 'potentially serious injuries' after a crash between a motorcycle and a car in North Dorset.
Police were called to the incident just before 1pm today.
Higher Shaftesbury Road is closed both ways while emergency services are at the scene.
Traffic between Blandford forum and Melbury Abbas is affected.
The closure will affect the signed diversion route for HGVS, who will now need to go via the A350 South from Shaftesbury to Blandford.
Traffic is coping well.
