A CHARITY fashion show to help the homeless takes place in Ringwood next month.

The Furlong Fashion Show takes place Thursday, October 5, at the Furlong Shopping Centre in aid of local charity, Hope For Food.

There will be 20 per cent off autumn and winter collections for ticket holders at selected stores for one night only.

Crew Clothing, Phase Eight, Fat Face, Callula Beauty, Hobbs, Furlong Furniture, Cook, Gerry Weber, Joules, moshulu and Waterstones will stay open late, offering exclusive discounts on the night.

While, Ringwood Brewery and Bubble and Squeak will be on hand with Prosecco and local ales and will donate ten per cent of the evening’s proceeds to charity.

The event, which runs from 6-9pm, has been organised by the Churchill Foundation, the charitable arm of Churchill Retirement Living.

Spencer McCarthy, Churchill Retirement Living’s chairman and chief executive and a trustee of the Churchill Foundation, said: “The Churchill Foundation aims is to transform people’s lives by supporting a wide range of charities all over the country, and we’re very proud to be teaming up with the Furlong Shopping Centre to deliver this exciting event here on our doorstep.”

There will also be live music from Mikey Ball & the Company, Bitter Green and Kez Hinton plus a raffle with a range of prizes including a Samsung TV and Gerry Weber handbag.

Ticket holders will receive complimentary drinks and appetisers at Boston Tea Party.
