INVESTIGATIONS continue after a body was found inside a burned-out car in the New Forest earlier this week.
Hampshire Police, who are not treating the death as suspicious, have passed the investigation onto the coroner.
A post-mortem will be carried out to establish the cause of death.
The man's next of kin have been notified but the authorities have not yet officially released the victim's name.
Emergency services were called to Burnbush car park, on the Burley to Bransgore Road, on Tuesday morning after the body was found in the charred remains of a car.
