THE family of a cyclist who died in a New Forest crash have paid tribute to him.
Steve Jones, 61, from Blackfield died after the crash with a car around 6.45pm on Saturday, August 12.
Police issued an appeal to identify the cyclist following the collision near to the Royal Oak pub in Beaulieu.
His family said: "Steve was a loving husband and had recently become a grandfather for the first time.
"He will be very much missed by his family and friends."
No one else was injured in the collision.
Investigations into the exact circumstances of the crash are continuing.
