Traffic was queueing for three miles after a crash on the A31 earlier this morning.
One lane was closed as a result of the multi-vehicle collision on the westbound carriageway between Stoney Cross and Picket Post.
There was congestion back to Cadnam with delays affecting traffic on the M27.
