POLICE have released an e-fit after a burglar raided a static caravan in the New Forest before leaping from a window.
The owner returned to the caravan off Silver Street in Hordle at 3.35pm on Thursday, May 25 to see a man with his face covered jumping from the bedroom window and making off.
The man in the e-fit was seen in a nearby car, described by police as a "grey, old-style Rover".
He is described as white with olive skin, with dark, short hair and of slight build. He is believed to be in his mid 20s.
The burglar stole a purse containing a number of bank cards from the caravan.
