AN ARRAY of baby animals have arrived at the New Forest Wildlife Park.
Wild boar piglets, a joey born to the park’s resident albino wallaby Dazzle and mouflon lambs have joined the attraction’s other critters ahead of Love Your Zoo and Wildlife Park Week, which takes place between May 28 and June 4.
Other animals at the park include including wolves, lynx, ferrets, polecats, Scottish wildcats, pine martens, several species of deer – including red deer, European bison, foxes, hedgehogs and 12 species of owl.
New Forest Wildlife Park rescues injured and abandoned wildlife, such as orphaned otters, in association with the RSPCA and is involved in international captive breeding programmes for endangered species.
The New Forest Wildlife Park is at Deerleap Lane, near Ashurst.
