A BARTON-ON-SEA woman has been acquitted of driving without due care and attention on appeal.
On September 7 last year, at Bournemouth Magistrates Court, 33-year-old Laura Jane Leavesley, of Wavendon Avenue, was found guilty of driving a Jeep in Bure Lane, Christchurch, without due care and attention.
The offence was said to have taken place on August 6, 2014.
However, the verdict was overturned on appeal at Bournemouth Crown Court on December 11.
