THOUSANDS of people flocked to Beaulieu’s National Motor Museum to gasp at behemoths of the motoring world.
Families were entertained by monster trucks performing an array of aerial feat at the third annual Truckmania event.
Two trucks called Big Pete and Grim Reaper jumped over four cars in a square at a playground at the museum and crushed them to pieces in a monumental display of motoring glory.
Vintage vans and lorries stood alongside leviathan road trains at the New Forest museum where more than 8,000 people attended.
Families could also have fun with remote controlled trucks and team up to pull one along the tarmac .
A spokesman for the museum said there are more than 350 vehicles on display at the event.
They added that as well as families coming to admire the motors, truckers also came to socialise.
They said: “It’s only our third year but it’s been a really popular event. It’s quite a social event for the truck drivers. We had people of all ages, it’s a big family event and there’s a big following of this in the trucking world.”
