TRAFFIC is delayed on a busy New Forest road due to a broken down articulated milk tanker.
Recovery is currently being arranged for the vehicle, which is partially blocking one lane of the eastbound A31 dual carriageway between Picket Post and Stoney Cross.
Emergency services were alerted at 11.52am.
