Fined £150, to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £30, to pay costs of £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 20 months.
JACK LAWRENCE BRINE, aged 25 and of Stockbury Close, Reading, admits driving a Citroen Saxo in Furzebrook Road, Wareham on September 7 2017 when the proportion of a controlled drug, namely cocaine, was 132 micrograms per litre of blood. To pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £85, to pay costs of £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months. Also admits driving without insurance. No separate penalty. Also admits having in his possession a quantity of cocaine, Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed. Also admits having in his possession quantities of amphetamine and ketamine. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed. Community order made. The defendant must comply with rehabilitation activity requirement for a maximum of 20 days.
WIMBORNE
RYAN ANNING, aged 24 and of Wayman Road, Corfe Mullen, admits driving a BMW in Blandford Road, Corfe Mullen when the proportion of a controlled drug, namely delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol, was 6.1 micrograms per litre of blood. Fined £185, to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £30, to pay costs of £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 14 months.
