ALL emergency services will be taking part in a 'Major Accident Control Exercise' at the West Moors army base today.
This exercise is understood to involve the site's MOD siren sounding at 10am for four minutes.
Posting on their Facebook page, West Moors Parish Council said: " On Wednesday 21st February a Major Accident Control Exercise will be taking place at the Army Camp in West Moors.
"This will involve all the emergency services and you may see more emergency service vehicles travelling through West Moors than normal.
"The Ministry of Defence site siren will sound at 10am for approximately 4 minutes.
"The exercise should be finished by 1pm."
