Teenager charged after 'assault' that left man with bleed on the brain
A TEENAGER has been charged following an alleged assault in Wimborne.
The incident is reported to have happened sometime between 11.30pm and midnight on January 21 near to Wimborne Library.
The alleged victim, a local man in his 40s, was reportedly pushed from behind and kicked in the chest, causing him to fall over and hit his head on the ground.
He sustained a fractured skull and bleed on the brain as a result of the incident.
A 16-year-old boy from Wimborne has been charged with inflicting grievous bodily harm and is due to appear at Poole Youth Court on Tuesday May 2.
