A GARDEN centre has spread some festive cheer by donating four Christmas wreaths to a hospice in Poole.
Haskins Garden Centre based in Ferndown has handed over the wreaths created in-house by their garden experts to Forest Holme Hospice.
The cause financially supports the specialist palliative care teams who help people in Poole, Purbeck and Wimborne with life-limiting and terminal illnesses at home and in hospital, as well as their families.
Hannah Parsons, fundraising manager at Forest Holme Hospice Charity, said: "I’d like to thank Haskins on behalf of all the patients at Forest Holme for donating these wonderful wreaths.
"They’ll help create a homely environment during the festive period and bring comfort and normality over a difficult time."
Forest Holme Hospice Charity, based in Seldown Road, was selected by Haskins as its charity of the year.
