THE CEO of Bournemouth Rugby has said the home crown will be supporting former player Ore Oduba in his hopes to raise the Strictly Come Dancing glitterball trophy.

Ore, who was brought up in Wimborne, is one of the last three standing in the most hotly-contested Strictly to date.

But he'll need as much support as he can get when he steps out against favourite Danny Mac and the popular Louise Redknapp tonight.

Ore is a former pupil of Canford School and also played for Bournemouth Rugby Club's First XV team in the 2004/2005 season as a winger.

The club has been supporting Ore throughout the competition and CEO James Croker said: "We have all been watching Ore dance his way to the final.

“He's done a fantastic job so far and the home crowd will be cheering him on.

“Now let's see him bring home the big win."

Ore and his partner Joanne Clifton will perform three routines in tonight's final in a bid to win the Strictly crown.

The pair will dance a jive to Bruno Mars' hit Runaway Baby, which scored them 39 points in week four, and a showdance to Jodi Benson's I Got Rhythm.

Their third routine - the judges' choice dance - will be revealed during the finale.

The final airs on BBC One from 6.40pm.
