VOLUNTEERS will bring the true meaning of Christmas to life this December during a light and sound show in Wimborne.
The town's Minster church will be illuminated with traditional festive images during event Son et Lumiere on Saturday, December 17.
A team from Radio Wimborne are behind the family-friendly spectacle, which will take place between 5.30pm and 7.15pm.
Director Malcolm Angel said the images projected onto the church walls will be accompanied by classical music.
"We were so pleased last year with the turnout and the feedback afterwards - people were really moved by the show," he said.
"We’d like to thank Wimborne's business improvement district team and the town council for supporting this event so that we could once again bring it to the community."
The show will be free.
