SPECIAL guest Elvis left crowds all shook up when he threw the switch on Wimborne's Christmas lights today.
Hundreds of residents massed in the town centre for the annual event, which followed a full day of activities and was capped off by the traditional firing of muskets by the Wimborne Militia on the Minster Green.
Saturday's fun started at 10.30am, and featured eight live acts including the Dorset Youth Marching Band and the Leaf Choir.
