This week we are pictorial look back over the years of Christchurch Football club. Founded in 1885 the club had a long association with Barrack Road Recreation ground situated in the centre of the town which ended at the start of the 1984-85 season when the club moved to Hurn Bridge. There have been many honours throughout the club's history including 1893 when they won the Hampshire Junior Cup, 1970 Christchurch gained the distinction of being the first club to win the Bournemouth Senior Cup 3 times in successive seasons, winning the Bournemouth Pickford Cup in 1977 and in 1987 they won the Hampshire Intermediate Cup.
