THERE will be work taking place on Barrack Road in Christchurch this week.
Bournemouth Water will be carrying out work to install a new water service outside 172-174 from Monday to Friday.
Temporary traffic lights will be in place day and manually controlled throughout the day. Parking spaces in that area will be closed off during the work.
Businesses will be open.
Jumpers Road will also be closed at the junction with Barrack Road and a diversion put in place via Fitzmaurice Road and Devon Road.
Delays are likely. Motorists are being reminded to allow extra time for journeys.
A spokesperson for Bournemouth Water said: "We would like to apologise for any inconvenience these works may cause and thank you for your patience whilst they are being carried out."
