Also admits stealing cosmetics to the value of £13.96 from Co-op in Ashley Road, Poole on the same date. Also admits stealing goods to the value of £18.28 from One Stop in Bournemouth on 30/06/2017. Also admits stealing a gold iPhone6 from The Laptop Fixers in Broadstone on 15/11/2017. Also admits attempting to steal a phone belonging to another in Poole on 02/11/2017. Also admits stealing two pairs of sunglasses to the value of £58 from Boots in Poole on 08/04/2017. Also admits failing to surrender to custody at Poole magistrates’ court on 25/04/2017. Community order made with rehabilitation requirement. To pay compensation of £436.77 in total.

ROSS ANTHONY SIMMONS, aged 28, of Herbert Avenue, Poole, admitted that on May 6, 2017, kept an unlicensed car on a public road, namely Derifall Close. Fined £40, ordered to pay vehicle excise back duty of £31.25 and £40 costs.

ANGUS STEWART BROWN, 36, of Turlin Road, Hamworthy, admitted kicking a constable in the execution of her duty on January 22 2018 and on the same date spitting at a constable. He also admitted using threating or abusive words of behaviour to another person, driving with excess alcohol and whilst disqualified, and resisting arrest on May 2 2017 and assaulting a woman on the same date. He was ordered to pay £75 compensation, £85 victim surcharge, £85 costs and to comply with a 42-day rehabilitation order. He was further ordered to pay £75 compensation, fined £50 and ordered to pay a further £50 compensation, and given a four-month suspended sentence.

JAY LEGG, 24, of Mapperton Close, Canford Heath, admitted driving a vehicle whilst having a controlled drug in his blood on June 15 2017. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months, fined £350, and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £35 plus £85 costs.

KRYSTAL JANE DIFFEY, 29, of Alder Road, Poole, admitted failing to give evidence as to the identity of a driver on January 30 2018. She was fined £70 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30. Her driving license was endorsed with three penalty points.

ALEXANDER WILLIAM REYNOLDS, aged 44, of no fixed address, admits dishonestly assisting in the removal, disposal or retention of stolen goods, namely meat to the value of £67 belonging to Marks and Spencer, in Christchurch on 09/10/2017. JUSONG BARKER, aged 63, of Wildfell Close, Christchurch, admitted, that on August 15, 2017, at Christchurch, used threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress. Discharged conditionally for six months and restraining order imposed until February 2019. Ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

SUSAN ETHEL STONE, aged 62, of Verwood Road, Three Legged Cross. Admits approaching a person when forbidden from doing so by a non-molestation order. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. To pay victim surcharge of £20. To pay costs of £85.

KARL DENNIS BURNS, aged 50, of Lower Common Lane, Three Legged Cross, admitted stealing goods to the value of £216.93 from TK MAXX, Somerford Road, Christchurch, on December 12, 2017, and admitted failing to surrender to custody at Poole Magistrates’ Court having been released on bail. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, fined £50 and ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge.

DENNIS JAMES, 48, of Marryat Road, New Milton, was convicted of failing to comply with a red traffic light on Castle Lane East on April 8 2017. He was fined £220, ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £185 costs.
