A MAN has been charged in connection with an alleged incident where a taxi driver was reportedly threatened with a firearm by a customer in Christchurch.
Dorset Police were called to reports of an altercation in Dorset Road, Christchurch, at 6.37pm on Thursday, July 21.
A 49-year-old Christchurch man has been charged with possession of an unloaded air weapon in a public place, and the use of threatening behaviour with intent to cause fear of unlawful violence.
He is due to appear before Bournemouth magistrates next month.
